Our story,
in miles.
Some stories are measured in years. Ours can be measured in photographs, roads, places, laughter — and the miles between them.
START OUR STORYAnd then
I met you.
Our first date at Alcotraz, in June 2025. Two people getting to know each other, taking pictures, and not knowing how many more moments would follow.
THE FIRST CHAPTER · AS REMEMBERED BY STANLEYFOLLOW THE STORY ↗Somewhere between the dates,
the drives and the ordinary days,
“you and me” started to feel like “us”.
The moments that
didn’t feel historic.
Shopping. Food. Random selfies. Sitting beside each other. The memories that seemed small while we were living them — and somehow became some of the biggest ones.
1,990 frames —
and somehow I still wish
we had taken more.
Ten thousand miles on the road together — and even further when the road became a flight. Places stopped being dots on a map and became memories with your face in them.
The destinations mattered. But my favourite part was often simply having you beside me on the way there.
* Distance is Stanley’s personal estimate, not a calculation from GPS data.Every chapter
of us.
From that first June to the places we explored afterwards. Each chapter is linked to real recorded dates; exact photograph-to-event matches can be chosen in the featured-photo settings.
A life in
little frames.
Our photo archive, one memory at a time. Search for a place or a date, revisit an afternoon, or let a random photograph take you somewhere familiar.
Every moment has a story.
Nothing matched. Try a different date, place, or word.
The photo dates and approximate areas come from the archive. Descriptions are individually drafted from the actual photo previews only after you run the optional local caption generator and review its wording.
Thank you for
every mile.
Thank you for every memory. For the ordinary days, the long roads, the laughter, and the version of life we got to share.
READ MY LETTER ↓If memories could
hold a place…
…these would always have one.
Thank you for the roads, the laughter, the adventures, and every ordinary day that became extraordinary simply because we shared it. Thank you for the places we discovered and the little things that only we would understand.
I made this to honour what was real. Not to ask for anything, not to change the ending — just to leave our story somewhere beautiful, with care.
Wherever life takes us from here, I will always be grateful that, for a while, our journeys met.
With love and gratitude,
Stanley
And if we had one more afternoon,
I’d still want to take a picture.
